REDEEMING YOUR KICKSTARTER REWARD

Hello dearest Kickstarter Backer!

The time has finally arrived... you're Kickstarter Reward will soon be on it's way to you. But first, we need to collect shipping details and charges from you. Below are instructions for how to claim your reward and finalise your shipping details:

1. Before proceeding with the rest of the instructions, you will need your email containing your unique Coupon Code. You should have received this by now, from the hello@projectflock.cc email address. If you haven't received this email (see screenshot below), it may be in your spam folder. If you can't find it, please reach out to us via email.

2. You will see your Unique Coupon Code to redeem your Kickstarter Reward and a confirmation of the Number of Flock Lights you nominated. You'll also notice we've thrown in a couple more discounts for you... to say thank you for being one of our very first supporters, and a absolute Flockin' legend!

3. Click GET MY REWARDS in your email. This will take you to the website product page where you can select the number of lights you ordered through Kickstarter, as a minimum. This is also where you can make the most of your shipping and purchase additional FLOCK LIGHTS or Mounting Accessories.

4. Once you've finished shopping, go to checkout just like any other online shop to put in your address, shipping and payment details. This is also where you can put in the coupon codes from the email we've sent you.

* NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BACKERS REGARDING DUTY AND TAX

International Backers - you will notice at checkout that you will be given some Shipping Options (refer screenshot below):

Three of the options will be for Delivery Duty Unpaid (or DDU) in which you will be required to pay for any Duty and Taxes when your package arrives. For these options, there will be an estimate for how much Duty and Tax you are likely to pay. The last option will be for Delivery Duty Paid (or DDP) in which case your package will arrive at your door with Duties & Taxes taken care of.

If you choose DDU: You will most likely have to go to a Post Office or a parcel point in order to pay Customs Duty & Tax before you can receive your package.

If you choose DDP: As much as we'd love to offer you better rates on DDP shipping, at this stage we are a small company and don't have the volume or buying power for this. The best we can do right now is give you the choice and recommend the fastest and most afordable option.

5. Keep in mind that you can edit your order as many times as you like before our 8th May dispatch date. If you do wish to change your order, you can do so HERE.
